ABOUT MANA TV

MANA TV is a real gift to the students studying in Government Educational Institutions. It is established for the purpose of enhancing the knowledge base and skills of the students. There are programs telecast both live and later as recorded versions. The programs are designed for all disciplines and for all strata of students starting from school education to higher education and technical and professional education. MANA TV aims to Inform students and encourage them to view MANA TV lessons from Monday to Saturday every year from July to January. Cover all the subjects in all disciplines of various courses Render a helping hand to the students for those subjects for which there are no teachers available Collect feedback from the viewer students and the staff. The programs are telecast through SAPNET (Society of AP Network) satellite. The studio for recording programs is located in the campus of Dr BR Ambedkar Open University, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The programs are telecast in two channels. Channel –I covers the live telecasts and Channel-II is meant for broadcast of recorded programs. Experienced, enthusiastic and skilled teachers are drafted into live programs through audition tests every year. A schedule is prepared for each year and both the live and the recorded telecasts are incorporated in to it. The same shall be communicated to colleges where is MANA TV facility. The students and the staff watch these programs and enrich themselves with the inputs. MANA TV in this college: In this college, there is the provision of MANA TV with a 29 inches colour television, a receiver dish and other accessories. Students watch programs both live and also the recorded versions. They give their feedback at the end of watching the program.
